Keep useful context with the numbers.

Configure published limits and personal watch thresholds, with the correct references for your installation. Use them as context while reviewing the recording. Original monitor files and normalized CSV data remain downloadable.

Engine trends help owners and mechanics ask more specific questions. Interpreting a change still depends on the flight conditions, the installation and a qualified maintenance assessment.

Common questions

Will it work with my engine monitor?

The currently supported formats are Garmin G3X/GDU CSV and JPI EDM-900. Other monitors and JPI variants are not represented as supported here.

Does it diagnose an engine problem?

No. B16 organizes recorded data for review, comparison and follow-up. It does not make a diagnosis or an airworthiness determination.

Are limits filled in automatically?

Published and STC-modified limits need to be configured and verified against the applicable aircraft and engine documentation. Watch thresholds are separate review settings.
